What Is A Fertility Hero?

You might not feel like a Fertility Hero right now, particularly if you’ve had a bad day, started your period, or seen another pregnancy announcement, but stick with me. I’m going to show you how you can see yourself as the Fertility Hero that you are (and especially, if you’ve had a bad day).

What the heck is a Fertility Hero anyway? Let’s break it down and define what it means to be a Fertility Hero, slay your villains and have superpowers.

What Is A Fertility Hero?

A Fertility Hero is a woman that possesses superpowers and does heroic deeds. Every day she faces her nemesis (not getting pregnant) and defeats the villains that stand in her way.

A Fertility Hero possesses powers that other women don’t. Women who get pregnant easily are oblivious of the Fertility Hero’s world and haven’t fought these battles.

Fertility Heroes have superpowers of incredible strength, courage, and determination. They step up to the challenge every day, like when they see another pregnant woman or another pregnancy announcement on social.

A Fertility Hero goes on a mission every month to get pregnant and when it doesn’t happen, she has to pick herself up and start again. It’s heartbreaking and yet somehow she finds the power to try again. It requires super-strength to do this month on month.

Being a Fertility Hero is not for the faint-hearted.

Nobody Wants To Be A Fertility Hero

The kicker is that Fertility Heroes don’t ask to be heroes, it just happens. Of course, nobody would want to be a Fertility Hero. It would be much easier to get pregnant without the struggle. To try for a couple of months and then get a positive pregnancy test, without all the heartache.

But you don't get to choose.

This is the path.

What you can choose is how you walk the path. Choose to see the silver lining in the struggle. Find the gift that comes out of the challenge. It could be the resilience that you've built or the way in which you've got closer to your partner.
