How To Get Pregnant Faster
Using your awareness can help you get pregnant faster. Awareness is not just having the knowledge or understanding of your fertility diagnosis. It’s more than that. It’s about tuning into yourself and feeling happier while you’re trying for your baby.

Your Body
Awareness is a fundamental part of working out the physical reasons why you’re not getting pregnant and what to do about it.
1. Menstrual Cycle
It starts with understanding your cycle, period and ovulation. If you weren’t taught this stuff in school, then it can be a revelation to find out about your unique fertile window. Having awareness of your fertility signs and symptoms is key to determining if you have a Conceivable Cycle and a Perfect Period.
2. Fertility Tests
Next, it’s vital to have awareness about what tests to get, when to get them, where to get them, how to interpret the results and how to fix the challenge. Getting an additional test that your doctor might not have told you about can sometimes be the missing piece of your fertility puzzle.
For example, if you have a reproductive immunology issue that hasn’t been identified, then you could end up trying for years with no success. Having awareness about it and what to do can help you to fix the problem and get pregnant faster.
3. Action Steps
Work out what is right for your body to improve your fertility, instead of randomly trying everything you read about. What is right for one person, is not for another.
For example, drinking fertility smoothies work for some women, but can make conditions like PCOS worse. If you’re trying to lose weight, then having awareness about the diet that's right for you is crucial, because smoothies and salads can make some people put on more weight.
Your Emotions
We tend to push emotions down, not process them properly and allow them to build up. When this happens emotions have a way of coming out sideways and seeping out in a different way.
For example, if you push anger down, then it will come out either physically as headaches, PMS, sore breasts, period pains and rashes. Or, as another emotion, turning into jealousy or resentment.
Conversely, when you use your awareness to realise that you’re feeling an emotion, then you’re more likely going to experience it and process it in a healthy way.
Tony Robbins, is a famous transformational life coach and he encourages people to experience all emotions.
He says: “Imagine if you were happy all the time and had a big smile on your face. At the end of the day, your face would hurt.”
Use your awareness to acknowledge and embrace all emotions. This helps to bring more joy into your path to pregnancy and when you’re happy, then physically your body will work better too.
Your Mindset
It turns out that we have 60,000 thoughts a day, 80% of them are negative and 95% are automatic. That means that you’re automatically thinking mostly negative thoughts all day long.
Lao Tzu, a Chinese philosopher said: “Watch your thoughts; they become words. Watch your words; they become actions. Watch your actions; they become habit. Watch your habits; they become character. Watch your character; it becomes your destiny.”
Everything comes from thoughts. If you think a thought, then you create an emotion and change how you feel. This, in turn, can change what you do, how you behave and what you say.
Zooming out of your 2 million-year-old brain with all its quirks and wiring for a different era is a useful thing to do. When you’re able to zoom out and get the awareness of what you’re thinking, then you can get back in the driving seat, reframe thoughts, rewire your brain and change course.
