Cassie had been trying to conceive for 16 months with no success.

The basic fertility tests for her and her husband had come back 'normal' and they were given a diagnosis of unexplained infertility, which was very frustrating because they didn't know why they were not getting pregnant or what to do about it. That's when they joined the Fertility Club and got the support they needed. Here is their story:

I found out about Rachel by listening to a Podcast. As soon as I heard her calming voice and outlook about the fertility journey I contacted her straight away. We spoke on the phone and I knew instantly that I wanted to work with her.

I feel that your mindset is the most fundamental part of the whole fertility journey. Rachel's 121's helped me greatly and kept me motivated to keep going. She also allowed me to see things differently that may have been standing in my way.

Infertility can be a very lonely place and the support of the group made me feel less isolated and alone. We all supported one another and cheered each other on. It was very uplifting to be a part of the group.

My periods improved greatly and became regular. My BBT charts became very stable which gave me a better overview of my cycles and what my body should be doing and when.

I also made huge changes to my diet, this was done through in-depth testing. Gut health issues were identified and I had never felt better. This also improved my cycles and my periods.

I felt in the best health possible both mentally and physically in order to move forward with fertility treatment. When going for my pre-IVF tests the consultant mentioned how healthy I was and that I was in the best place I could be to start the treatment as soon as possible. We had a high fertilisation rate and I believe this is due to all the work we had both done beforehand in the Fertility Club.

IVF worked the first time. Until then, I had never experienced a positive pregnancy test, so when I saw the line come up instantly, I was in disbelief. I kept looking at the test to check what I was seeing was correct!

It is definitely a process and there are no quick fixes. It is not a one-size-fits-all, Rachel and her team treat you as an individual and tailor a plan specifically for you. You are given all the support and tools you need to be at optimal fertility health. Whether you end up conceiving naturally or via assisted reproduction, you want to know that you are in the best possible health both mentally and physically to have the best chance at having a healthy, viable pregnancy. You will feel completely uplifted and inspired by Rachel and the other members of the group.

Know that your journey is unique to you and it's the small consistent steps you take each day that will make such a big difference. You will discover so much about your fertility and overall health. You will be given the most amazing tools to support your mindset throughout this journey.

Rachel has created a safe, gentle and amazing club for all her members.
